The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a trade's helper and as a secondary duty serves as a tractor operator.Followed with bullets:

Assisting more senior workers by performing the simpler and more routine duties of the trade and working with the journey worker as instructed. Operating grass cutting mowers and smaller tractors with attached equipment to maintain grounds. Performing operator maintenance on tractors and equipment. Maintaining a safe and clean work area. Cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining the tools, equipment and supplies. Frequently lifting and carrying parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to perform the duties of the position rather than the length of experience. Eligibility will be determined by the relevance, scope, and quality of all experience and training, regardless of where or how acquired.Applicants will be rated and ranked based on their knowledge of the following job elements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
