Qualifications:
-Degree in Human Resources or related field -Proven experience as a HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position -Basic knowledge of labor laws -Excellent organizational skills -Strong communication skills -Ability to work autonomously -Strong attention to detail Reponsibilites:
-Assist in the daily operations of the HR department -Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager -Maintain employee data base -Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data -Compile and update employee records -Coordinate and manage employee training -Assist in managing policies -Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees -Communicate with public agencies as needed -Manage job postings -Coordinate communication with job candidates and schedule interviews
