Helping Maintenance as needed.
Providing the buckets (Linen) to the villas, sweeping, scrubbing, wiping, clean and maintain all exteriors and interior areas of the building and other related duties up to Departmental Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Distributes and picks up buckets.
Picks up trash and soiled linen and from outside villas.
Picks up debris from all the buildings assigned.
Insures parking lots and walkways are free of trash, litter and mildew Maintains the clean lines of the exterior of the assigned building.
Sweeps stairs sidewalks, parking lots, closets, corridors and walkways.
Polishes ice machine, elevators, fixtures and handrails.
Empty's trash containers and dispose them in the right locations.
Removes cobwebs from entire exteriors of the buildings.
Sweeps emergency stairs, place the unused buckets in the designated storage closet, Cleans exterior windows, doors and frames, tracks and elevators, trs chutes closets.
Cleans up the laundry room if is applicable.
Provides assistance to Supervisor/Villa attendants in moving furniture under request only.
Provides assistance to Villa attendants during deep clean of villas, when is assigned to the person.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
No prior experience or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 1O's and 1OO's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
