Answer multiline telephone system and direct call to appropriate personnel.
Greet Customers as they enter the business and direct them where they need to go.
Process customer payments Scan and fax files.
Keep area sanitize at all times.
General clerical duties.
Will work on Saturday but we are closed on Sunday.
Requirements:
Job Requirements Must be organized and have to ability to multitask Strong written and verbal skills Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees Reliable and ready to work.

Must have office experience and customer service experience.
Have to pass a background check and drug test.
