Duties and
Responsibilities:
Utilizing the ERP system, creates, prints, and distributes work orders for inventory replenishment requirements that do not currently have an open work order.
Completes material issue transactions in the ERP system once work orders / shop orders have been physically delivered Machine Shop, Electronic Assembly, and Mechanical Assembly departments.
Reviews shop orders and determines whether or not they need to be closed.
Performs work order completion transactions in the ERP system to assign serial numbers and move manufactured items into inventory (includes sub assembly parts and finished goods) Closes work orders / shop orders as needed.
? Maintains completed work order files.
? Maintains and disposes of pick sheets in accordance with company record retention rules.
? Verifies receipt of inbound components / materials in the ERP system.
