As a Service Advisor, you will oversee coordinating service for our inventory vehicles and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Your strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and organizational abilities will contribute to running an efficient and profitable service department.
Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments Write service orders and document customer concerns Explain repairs to customers and review service history Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele Oversee and maintain the overall production of timely vehicle repairs Support service technicians Ensure proper processes are executed Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager Qualifications Service advisor or service writer or mechanical or parts counter experience required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment Professional appearance and attitude required Must be reliable Job Type:
